Usually, the factory recommended oil change interval for most vehicles a year or once every 5000-7000 miles (whichever comes first). Some manufacturers recommend a long time up to 10,000 miles. Generally accepted interval is every 3000 miles or six months, whichever comes first.

Cleaning Your Car – A Few Quick Steps
